Artificial intelligence and automation are transforming how work gets done – and for many people, that change feels unsettling. Perhaps you’re wondering if what you do now will even be relevant in tomorrow’s world. You may be considering pivoting, repositioning or redefining yourself but are confused about which direction to take. You may also be worried that working with AI will dilute your uniqueness and render your offering generic and bland.
I’ve embarked on an exciting, empowering journey that I’m now ready to share with you. For the past few years, I’ve been helping clients identify and articulate their unique values and stories. As AI has reshaped how we work, it’s also challenged me to rethink and reframe what I do. I’ve chosen to engage head-on with the same question many others are asking: where do I belong in an AI-enabled world? All of this lived experience and learning has empowered me to develop a process for guiding clients through their own career transitions. I’m convinced that to thrive in an age increasingly dominated by automation and artificial intelligence, we need to harness our human uniqueness – not in fear of AI, but in partnership with it.

How the process works
Stage 1: Human Uniqueness Discovery
(2 sessions of 1.5 hours, via Zoom)
The main part of our work together takes the form of an extended and reflective coaching conversation over two sessions. It’s effectively a deep identity clarification process designed to draw out:
- Your values and vision
- Your skills and strengths
- What energises and drains you
- Your milestones and missed turns
Stage 2: The Career Blueprint
I distil what we’ve discovered from the first two sessions into a clear and succinct written blueprint that captures the essence of who you are now and what you need to thrive, moving forwards.
Stage 3: The Human–AI Bridge
(1 session of 1.5 hours, via Zoom)
In this final session together, I support you in:
- Reviewing the blueprint in line with your feedback
- Introducing your unique values and vision to Chat GPT via the blueprint
- Understanding how to team up with AI in a way that feels accessible, authentic and enjoyable
- Developing an informed, personalised partnership with AI that supports your next steps
This offering focuses on clarity, customisation and confidence – working at the level of meaning, identity and direction, rather than technical training. I’m not an AI instructor or ‘prompt engineer’. My role is to act as a human bridge, helping you to get on board with AI while staying true to your values.
